06 gmc sierra 5.3 wanna get pacesetter Lt's and delete cats. i know it will throw codes and make it run rich. but i put a nelson pcu on my truck my friend had, which was tuned for a 05 chevy 5.3 with lt's and my truck still had stock headers and cats and it made my truck tell me to throttle down so i did and my truck sounded like it had a huge cam and wouldnt run over 5 mph. if i put lt's on my truck and not get a tune for a week or 2. will it mess anything up. thanks

No if you put it on but why would you put it on and only run 5mph you be better of running nothing.

noo when i put that tune on my truck, it ran just fine, then it said throttle down so i stopped and when i tried to go it sounded like a huge cam and it wouldnt go just in small surges. i just want to know if that will happen if i put lt's on my truck with no cats without a tune.

Sounds like you need a crank relearn for the reduced engine power and surging. As for driving with LT's -cats and no tune, it should run fine, just throw a check engine light and some codes.
