Made a small purchase
I finally broke down and bought some ps lt headers and y, tune, and hotchkis 2inch front drop springs (gonna wait till i have a lil more money for the rear leafs). Hopefully the parents wont find out. haha Nelson is doing my tune, theres no sense in wasting money on a one time dyno with no updates when ill be getting a 6.0 when the 4.8 dies. Any pointers on any of these installs would be nice.
Thanks,
Derek

NICE !!!!
I'd avoid doing the front drop until you can do the rear as well....both because it'll look kinda silly and with the front only dropped you'll have re-align your headlights and such. you MAY have to swap to a smaller tire to clear after the front drop as well....it'd suck to hit a hard bump and slam a tire into the fender

drop shackles cost less than 50 bucks, get a 3" then remove your overload spring and now youve got a poor mans 2/4" drop.
Or eibach makes a pro truck 2-4 that costs under 400 comes with everything you need and your truck will corner like a sports car, they are time consuming to install with new leaf spring purches and shims but it works very well and the fit and finish is top notch.
