This was what I was going to use from the throttle body.
Exactly what size would I need to go over the throttle body to be able to clamp it tight? 3"?

Ok, hopefully this will wrap up my questions. The throttlebody is 4", correct? Can I get a 90 degree rubber elbow to simply slide over the throttle body, then simply use a clamp to clamp it down? The only thing left that's kinda confusing me is the sizes. If I'm going with a rubber elbow and planning on sliding it over the throttlebody itself, would a 4" slide over the throttlebody since it is rubber, or would I have to go up 1/2 size? I'm thinking I would use a 4" to make sure it goes on tight, but just want to make absolutely sure that everything is correct before I order it.

Yes a clamp will work.
The issue here is dealing with the rubber elbows. If they are made for fitting over a PVC pipe, like the fernco brand that people use, then its for the outside diameter of PVC pipe. That means a 3" internal PVC pipe may have a 3.5" external diameter, same as one side of the MAF. I've bought 4" rubber connectors that have been too big, and others that are just right. Some 3.5" stuff works on 4" TB. Your best bet is to take a tape measure to home depot/lowes and other hardware stores and measure the size of the hole.
I've also used some of the stock intake rubber parts to help complete my test intakes.
