MAF translator
Is there a MAF translator specifically for the 5.3 or will the ones that are used for the LS1 engines in the camero's and firebirds work?
Thanks,
Larry

Re: MAF translator
i have one on my truck. i got the translator for the ls1, but what you have to do is cut the connectors off each end and hard wire it into the maf wires. still not hard though, and for me it made a noticeable difference in power <img src="graemlins/burnout.gif" border="0" alt="[Burnout]" />

Re: MAF translator
Did you tune yours? If so did you use an external program like autotap to determine your fuel settings?
Thanks for the info.

Re: MAF translator
Only the regular version is available for the LS1 and trucks (just updated that section). The Plus version currently can't be used on these vehicles.
