It sounds like you have a 2.8" pulley.I would probably make sure to run 104 octane at the track you probably won't hurt anything on the street running 93 octane because of the bypass valve.I run ice in my intercooler at the track, put a antifreeze flush valve at the lowest point of my heatexchanger hose to drain hot water between runs at the track.I also run a Goodyear Gatoback Poly-V belt.

We only got 91 octane pump gas here in CAlI! dammit! I was planning on using ice and race gas at the track.....do you have a pic of the valve you put in for drainage? I am thinking I could pull off a low low 13, maybe even dip into the 12's with the slicks.....If the trans holds up!

All you need is an antifreeze flush valve just like the one provided to bleed air from the cooler lines included with the Magnacharger kit.You can find them at any auto parts store for about $3 and 2 hose clamps.I open the drain valve cap and crack the air bleed cap at the same time to quickly drain the heated water in the system then fill the resorvoir with ice water crank the engine and allow the chilled water circulate thru the system. Then I put as much ice as I can into the resorvoir.

Is there a liquid that you can put dry ice in without it building up pressure? This would be the thing to do! That and maybe make some kind of chamber you can run your fuel lines through to super cool them with dry ice.

WIth our Radix kits, it shouldn't be too hard to do with that in-line booster pump hanging out of the frame rail like that.

You can order a cooler that cools the intercooler water.....Kinda works like A/C, I have seen one on a Lightning and it looks pretty cool.

I think I will stick to the ice for now. Hey Whitt, do you run the smaller pulley all the time? This thing scares me!!!

LOL .. I forgot to mention I talked to MagnaCharger today about pulleys. I asked about switching to a smaller one, and the guy almost flipped out. The fist thing out of his mouth was if I move to anything smaller than the 3.4" pulley that I would have engine damage/failure. In other words .. he would not give me hardly any information on the blower and how small of a pulley I could go to and not overspin the blower or even get it up to ~9-10 pounds of boost.

Needless to say, it was a very unimformative phone call that was a waste.

Gotta love it ...
