Yea most aftermarket companies flip when you mention modding their kit. Its funny though because you know that they themselves have probably done the same thing! Its unfortuante that they are unwilling to give you info!
I would just give the customer a clear warning about engine/parts damage and then try and help them the best I could!
Anyway...That 100 octane gas list for Cali locations is very cool BUT does anyone know where I can get 110-118 octane, or anything over 108?

LOL .. I forgot to mention I talked to MagnaCharger today about pulleys. I asked about switching to a smaller one, and the guy almost flipped out. The fist thing out of his mouth was if I move to anything smaller than the 3.4" pulley that I would have engine damage/failure. In other words .. he would not give me hardly any information on the blower and how small of a pulley I could go to and not overspin the blower or even get it up to ~9-10 pounds of boost.
Needless to say, it was a very unimformative phone call that was a waste.

I have worked very close with Magnacharger in Oxnard....I do not blame them for not telling you that it can be done. They are an OEM style manufacture, they made a kit that is 100% fail safe and will not harm your engine/drivetrain.
I am planning on going back to the bigger pulley tomorrow. Driving this truck makes me nervous as hell, I feel like I am driveing a time bomb!
