Magnaflow or Flowmaster?

Magnaflow or Flowmaster?
I have a 1997 Chevy silverado 1500 with a 5.0L 305 engine and i want to install an aftermarket muffler. I am stuck between the Flowmaster super 44 or orginal 40 or the 14 or 18" magna flow. I want the deep throaty sound and want it to be loud outside the cab but not too much interior noise. I do a lot of highway driving so the constant drone would drive me crazy. I'm hoping you guys can help me out with this.

Neither one is going to be particularly cabin-friendly. Flowmaster sucks, it's loud outside and loud inside- and it's NOT a good performance muffler (not straight-thru). Magnaflow has equally bad drone issues unless you bullet the exhaust to death. Dynomax makes some nice stuff but they also have drone issues unless you get the VT series, aka "Clank of Despair" muffler. I'm currently running a Goerlich Xcelerator 26" muffler which is quiet in the cabin and not terribly loud outside.
Quite frankly, your best bet would be to keep the stock muffler and install an electric cutout.
