Magnaflow or Flowmaster or Dynomax
I am getting an exhaust on my truck, and i cant decied if i want to have duals out the passenger side before the wheel, or just a single out the passenger side before the wheel. I am looking at some different exhaust tips, and cant decied on which ones either. I have seen one that looks loosely like a Z28 tip, but is much wider, and longer.
And then i cant decied on the muffler, magnaflow flowmaster or dynomax?? What you guys think?
TIA

I personally choose Flopro. It sounds good outside but has very little resonance in the cab.

I chose the Magnaflow, but the Dynomax would be equally good. Find sound clips of both to see which one you like better. I like the sound of Flowmasters, but they don't flow as well as the other two.

I didn't like the Dynomax because of the loudness and resonance. So I went with Magnaflows. So I put the Dynomax on my beater dodge, and it's very quiet. But it's a very different engine also.

Had a stainless straight-through dynomax on a 6.0--two in &
two out. Sounded great outside, but very loud inside though,
especially when towing. Had the two exit pipes on the
passenger side behind the wheel for a couple years and then
changed it to two pipes out the back with 12-in stainless tips
because I took the truck to Iceland & they don't allow
passenger-side exhaust--lot's of other stupid laws too. Two
out the back looked good & I didn't see any difference in sound,
but probably had already lost some hearing ability. Got 2 MPG
increase for all situations, city, highway, & towing.
If I get one for the new truck, looking at the Corsa. Still trying
to decide if I'll go STS or Raddix & won't need a Corsa if I go
STS. Scott
