Dual side dumped you will gain a little in the seat of the pants feel. Full catback would be better. If you dump it the interior resonance is going to be more.

Magnaflows are straight thru, so it shouldnt matter. eigthor run dual to the muffler, or dual out the muffler.

Just do the single inlet and dump the dual outlets. I farther back you mount the muffler toward the axle,the less interior resonance you will get.
