Making my list and checking it twice...
Okay I know the christmas thing is a little corny, but I need some assistance..
I am about to purchase for my '01 5.3 burb w/ 460le trans a few parts
I have the following parts currently:
Transgo shift kit
Ordering from Summit Racing:
B&M supercooler 70264
Ordering from gmparts.com
Vette servo 8642079 ($33)
Accum Piston 24204496 ($13)
housing 8673039 ($6)
What else would I need? Are the part numbers correct am I missing anything? Is gmparts the best place to get the above parts?
I'm a n00b when it comes to this domestic stuff

That seems like a lot of money for the vette servo, mine cost 15.06 delivered. Get a good tune for the kind of driving you are going to do. That ill handle the shifting and TM problems you might occur. ALso, if you are going to TOW heavy loads, get a billit OD servo. Otherwise you should be fine.

Well I I have a mail order tune already that I'm going to have updated for these mods.
You mention getting the billet OD servo, where as many others here prefer a shift kit and vette servo. Why?
Also could you recommend a better place to buy from, something where I can get all of those parts from one vendor rather then gmparts.com.

Thanks
Since KDS Performance is no longer and they used to have the vette servo for like $15, I'm forced to go to GMparts.com. well at least I know or a fact that the product will actually make it to my home.
