Hmm... I wonder if walbro could provide the suction head numbers?
Parish8- Is that the return line feeding into the sump right by the outlet lines? I wonder if turbulence caused by the return being so close to the outlets was a problem?

Think those gerotor inline pumps are all under TI Automotive now.
I've got a data sheet that's a couple years old that I swore I got off of their page back then - went looking for it yesterday online when this came up and can't find it for the life of me.
Good luck.

there is some nice info on fuel systems and fuel pumps on the buick site. here is a link to some fuel pump charts http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/fuel...albroflow.html
you can look thru all of the links and learn a few things if you have nothing better to do. >> http://www.gnttype.org/techarea/fuel.../fuelpage.html
lots of good info on that site

you can find flow charts on most of the makers sites. weldon, bosch, aeromotive... you can also find a sweet chart in the kennybell site that shows how much more fuel flow you get at various voltages on diferent pumps. the fuel flow goes up an amazing amount just by turning up the voltage.

How about this adder system? Anybody know if a fuel pump can be considered a check valve? I have my own thoughts but would like to get some feedback...

Ok, got alittle confused here. I am running my stock intank pump still. A buddy of mine just gave me a brand new in the box walbro GSL392 inline pump, Holley part #12-920. How would this setup work in conjunction with my stock pump??? Sorry for the dumb question, Im very tired today.

you can take that pump and plumb it inline on the way up to the front of the truck. leave the stock pump in the tank. you will gain substantial fuel flow.
seems like the stock pump is good for about 400-450rwhp. put that 392 inline and that number goes to 550+.
another option is to add a voltage booster to the stock pump or even another option would be the added inline pump and a voltage booster(to both pumps).
i had the racetronics twin intank set up. it did flow a lot of fuel BUT had one big problem. it would suck air under hard aceleration if i was under 1/2 tank.
