Unhappy May have a exhaust leak?

Installed the headers and may have a leak. There is a slight whistling noise coming from under my seat when you give some throttle it gets louder. It kinda sounds like when you start your truck up on a cold morning and your belts kinda make that whistleing noise that eventually goes away. I dont know if I have one or not?

Are those the Dynatechs in your 'future mods' segment in your sig line? Did you have 'em installed or do it yourself?

Check your o2 sensors, I had one of mine come loose after about a week after I installed my Dynatechs.

Yes, they are Dyantechs and I will check the o2 sensors and I did install them myself. And I can understand the O2 sensor coming loose, it seemed like when I tightened them they would try to spin back around loose. But if they were the sensors wouldnt I have the check engine light go on?

I had an exhaust leak and it didnt sound like what you described. Sounded sort of like a lawnmower/ tractor exhaust. I could especially hear it when I was next to a car or passing garages or something. It was pretty embarressing sounding. I just tightened my header bolts and I was good.

Maybe its just noise that Im not use to. This is the first set of headers that I have owned and I didnt know what to expect sound wise. It may be just the sound of the valve train and motor amplifying through the headers.

The driver side front was loose on mine, It would make a popping noise when you are on it real hard thats how I found mine. It was a very small leak, The SES light never came on, but when it was fixed the truck was quieter at idle and ran way better.
