Meziere electric water pump
Any new info regarding using these e-pumps on a truck motor? I was told that if you use the F-Body belt tensioner, you can use this pump. Can someone confirm this?
Is it that simple? What belt to use?
Thanks

Big Tex - Very sad story is that some PtoV clearance problems broke the #4 int valve which dropped, demolished the piston & scratched the cylinder. Its in a machine shop right now seeing how much needs to be done to clean it up. Brand new block and all, practically brought me to tears. Had installed a p&p head milled .030 trying to get to about 10.8:1 CR. SHOULDN'T have been a problem but something happenned. Feel like I should apologize to you too.
67SS509 - I do have edit and atap but had the motor tuned at a local shop over here. Still have some cold start idling problems, but once warm it idles around 900 right now. Would like to eventually get it down to 800. At 900rpm, the idle is actually pretty tame, much more tame than I expected. The Yank and my 4.10 make this thing driveable on my 32" tires. Really comes alive at 3K+ and sure does take a lot of gas to be driving around in that RPM range. But sure is fun.
