I have that cam in a 5.3 and it's too small for a 6.0 IMO. Maybe this will put things in perspective, that cam doesn't need a stall on a 5.3.

I say get a tr220 at least.

I think that something in the 216/22x range would work well in your 6.0 considering that TB converter. The 212/218 would be mild in the 6.0 and work with even the stock converter...if you go up around 220/22x duration I'd recommend a little more converter, something in the 2800+ range. The TB converter will work though...what does it stall at behind a 6.0 anyway, I've heard conflicting reports of 2600, 2800? Or maybe it's 2600 behind a 5.3 and 2800 behind a 6.0?

I decided on a 216/224, I'm hoping it works out well.

That cam seems to do well in 6.0's, both NA and blown. I had a Vinci Trucker that I was going to run in my LQ9 until I sold it to help fund my trans...

my 5.3 stalls it around 2600. would that tr220 be a good all around cam for daily driving and towing power, maybee a lil top end? i just want somethin with a lil lope thatll work with my tb converter and i can still still idle for a while if i have to and tow when neccesary.i imagine the difference in my 5.3 to the 6.0 will help out in top end already.i dont plan on racing it or anything.
