mild cam for stock 6.0 swap?

no definatley not, i wanna do it right the first time. if i need pushrods ,ima get em.what would you guys use for a mild cam,say the tr220,like pushrods and springs?

Just get the PAC 1218 springs from Scoggin-Dickey and some hardened pushrods. You might also look into the Comp rocker arm trunion upgrade.

another question, the 6.0 engine im lookin at has 120k on it. should i get a new oil pump,water pump and timing chain ,while im doing my cam too?

Bump, as well... TTT I am sorta in the same boat with my LQ9. These engine should be solid as a rock. Chances are your oil pressure will be rock solid, and waterpump in check. But for the insurance it is a good idea to replace them with new gaskets etc. especially the waterpump. I think Im going to throw mine in as necessary, it has a 90day warranty on it as well. I am moving my accessories from my 5.3 that I know that are solid and working along with new gaskets so you never leak anything.. etc., oil change, and then fire in the hole...

But Im sure someone with expertise will chime in shortly...

sounds good. ima do the same with my accessories,and my water pump on my 5.3 only has about 10k on it.
