Default Misfire on #2 at idle

I am getting a bunch of misfires on cylinder #2, but only when I am idling, and only on that cylinder. The misfire count is 800+ and trips the SES light every every few days. I dont get any misfires at cruise and WOT, just idle. Stock plugs and wires have about 50k on them. Should I switch the spark plug with another cylinder and see if it moves, and if it doesn't change, do the same with the wires and coil?

dont just start throwing parts at it

swap the plug and wire with ones from another cylinder first, then work from there

I replace the plugs with TR55s, and stock wires with LS2 wires since I kind of broke one of the wires when I was removing it.... I went with the LS2 wires because they bend 90 degrees at the plug making it easier to keep them away from headers, especially pacesetters.

- Is there a trick to getting to cylinder number 6 plug, because damn that was a pain.
- The stock number 7 plug had a gap of less than 0.02, I say less because my measuring tool wouldnt even fit in there.
- All the stock plugs looked fine, albeit worn, but nothing abnormal.

After I finished I was still getting some idle misfires on #2 so I swapped the coil pack with the one from #6. Now those two works fine and #3 has a slight misfire at idle
Everything works fine at cruise and WOT, just idle is driving me nuts. I check my STIT and they are less than 2% off, so my idle tuning should be fine...
