Missfire ???s

I have MSD wires and TR6's (gapped @ 38)...I put heat boots on the plug connections as I had some melting issues. Are ur MSD's customs u did urself? Either way pull the boot back and dbl check the contact. I've been getting very close to misfire myself recently and about to start a gremlin search, as its been intermittant. R/

I don't have MSD wires, whatever the brand is that I got at Napa, I think i'm going to get another set of wires, and a couple plugs and go through one by one and make sure the plug isn't cracked, and the wires are staying on tight.

Get a spark test light...they work great. It confirmed for me that I wasn't having a missfire, but that my cam was playing hell on the computer.

It ran 4k before the misfires,right? Cracked plugs would cause problems right away;may be the wire connections though. Post-up what you find.
