Default Mobil 1 0W-30 Advanced Fuel Economy

I saw this stuff on the shelf in auto parts at Wally World today so I figured I'd ask the experts!

I currently run Pennzoil Platinum full synthetic 5W-30 (and SuperTech filters) in both my truck's 5.3L and my girlfriend's '02 Altima 2.5L 4-banger and I'm wondering if this is really worth the switch or is this just another marketing gimmick?

I'm running that in the winter time. Many LS1 guys on Tech run 0W-30 after a fresh rebuild because they know the tolerances the motor went through when being built, so that's why I have no worries running 0W-30 oil in the winter where oil viscosity will remain the same as summer-time 5w-30 due to the colder temps at startup.

I run the fuel economy stuff in my cavalier because it is about 2.50 cheaper then the regular mobil 1.
