It would work on your 01 if you had efans, it won't fit with the factory clutch fan and shroud.

I think it's negligible. Pretty much anything is better than the stock squeeze down. Might want to check the hood to fan shroud clearance to see what size you could make one with tubing/couplers for a little cheaper.

Pretty good, It's just as good as any other CAI.

did the MIT install tonight, MUCH 'punchier' when stepping on the gas.... great mod!
