Default Mod in order Help please

I've got a 06 CC/SB Z71 Silverado w/ 3.42 gears. Use the truck to mainly tow my car and daily driver (32 mi each way). I'm thinking mods as follows:

-Intake (probably K&N in stock box drilled out)
-Pred. Hand held programer
-Vinci Performance 80 Torque Cam with springs and rods
-Pace Setter or AS&M headers
-Magnaflow exhaust
-4.10 gears w/ 295/70R17 Tires

Will the Pred tune for a cam? Will the truck run worth a damn? I don't have a laptop or knowlege to use EFI live or LS1 Edit or HP Tuners. I may consider a servo upgrade w/ PI 3 clutch converter as long as towing 6k lbs is still supported. I doubt this combo will net 14s or even low 15s at the track but hope to build a nice towing rig.

With the Predator you can get Email order tunes. There's at least one company I know of (runninwiththedevil.com) who does tunes for people. You Email them and tell them what you have. They'll write you a tune and Email it to you. You simply hook your Predator to your PC, download the tune and then load it into your truck. I've always heard good things about their tunes.

Personally I'd go with a custom tune, but if you really want a handheld, I'd talk to the folks at Vinci, especially since you're going with a Vinci cam. I had the Vinci/Crane handheld for a little while and was very impressed with it.
