I guess what I am worried about with the intercooled radix and the ram air setup is will the inlet piece fit in along with the intercooler, or will they both be trying to fit into the same space?

I'm going to wait and see how they fit, and how they are designed.
So far Vara Ram has only relesed two pictures, and you cant tell a damn thing from them.
Lets see some more pictures. If they are that close to production they have to have some good working prototypes they can photograph.

Sounds like they are promoting voodoo or magic. Come on, 2-3 mpg increase? That's a pretty lofty claim...and the heavier the truck, the more the increase? I'm getting nearly 20 mpg highway now, with a blower, and the stock air box. They're saying I'm going to see 22-23 mpg on the highway with their system. If this was possible, I think the General would be putting one of these on all of their trucks...
But I'll wait and see, give them a chance....

This info. was posted here some time back. I think it was from Tbyrne by way of Vararam.
Again...I say...the numbers from the Ram Air version will be hard to verify if they were obtained on the road with the vehicle moving...
Dyno tesing will then prove nothing. Yes? No?
But their claims should at least produce a very noticeable "seat of the pants" feel over any other filter/air tube on the market....if their true.

I'm just relaying their product info The VaraRam induction for the C5 works VERY well. Customers have been seeing a few tenths and MPH from that system. I'll take some detailed pictures of the truck system when I do the install.
These are the dyno numbers through gears 1,2 and drive with NO computer relearn time -
I should have answers to the other questions later today.

These numbers are for the standard induction. They don't have any for the full system yet. We're currently taking orders for this system. Part numbers and pricing are -
VR6 King Cobra induction $239.99
VR5 King Cobra ram air induction (full system) $339.99
We should have the non ram air version here by the end of next week. These systems are selling fast!
