Default more ls1 swap questions

i had a couple more ?s about swapping an ls1 into my 06 silvy. do i need to change the oil pan or can i use the ls1 pan? also is the ls1 crank pulley the same size as our trucks? if not should i use the trucks pulley? and lastly can i use the same belt from my truck or do i have to buy a ls1 belt? also one more question, i bought a set of dual patriot gold springs and it came with rubber seals and these little thimble type things that go on the bottom of the spring along with the rubber seal. is it necessary to put these 2 items on because i know with my comp 918s it did not have any rubber seal nor thimble type piece. thx fellas

You will need the truck pan.
Pulley has a different offset I think, use the ls1 pulley with ls1 acc., truck pulley with truck acc.
If you use ls1 acc. then the ls1 belt will be closer than your stock belt.
You need to install the new spring seats and viton seals with the dual springs, the seals are smaller to fit inside the inner spring. You need to tap the new seals down with a socket or something that fits the seal closely to seat them over the guide.
Good luck with the swap!
