Sell the hypertech and contact blackbear, or wheatley some one that does tuning in your area and ask for a tune. Next step would be a cam, torque converter, or headers.

Sell that Hypertech tuner and use the proceeds to get a tune from a sponsor, Whealty, Black Bear, etc... I would get long tubes and a true duals and then posi rear gear upgrade if your not happy with your rear end.

Its a vortec max. what would be THE best tuner. i am told I don't want to go with long tube headers because that motor is rather hards to make sure the O2 sencers are in the right place.

There is no issues with o2 sensors and longtubes. They bolt up right in the factory positions.

100 shot and a wideband... best bang for the buck powerwise LOL... the 100 shot will be fine on stock tuning, and the wideband will help you keep eyes on things. As always... proper tuning is recommended.
