Default Motor Is Done!!!!!!!!!!!

We got everything finished up a little before 4pm today. Then i messed with a couple things let the springs get a little heat cycle on em etc etc.
First turn of the key she fired up instantly. It runs a little lopey but it's got the 5.3 tune in it still.Getting it dyno tuned tomorrow at 2pm.
I drove it from the shop to home 10 miles away exactly.I had to foot the gas a little while stopped and coming to a stop so it woudn't die but other than that runs great.
I was sitting at one stop sign and came off with 1500rpms didn't give it anymore peddle ethier and it started spinning till bout 10mph lol.
Once tuned i'm gonna ahve alot of fun with the truck!!!!!!

Again, Nick was a huge help and Thanks alot man.
Austin came out as well and lent a hand turning a few bolts here and there. Thanks for the help!!!!
Here's a couple pics of the swap.
Start....
Little bit done....
Verter shoot....
Motor on lift...
All.....
DONE!!!!!

Hells ya.I'm ready to strap it to the dyno tomorrow so i can take it out and put it to the floor lol.
I never gave it more than maybe a quarter pedal coming home just cause i figure it's more than likely really really lean.Since my 5.3 was running a 13.1 i know the 6.0 is gonna need more fuel than that stock 5.3

glad I could be of service. We took a little more time than I planned, but we took every precaution to be sure it fired up right the first time... and it worked!

also special thanks to Jeremy (even though he drives a Ford ) and to Austin who helped getting the last few items buttoned up.

I'm just ready to hear what kind of numbers you put down

LOL,maybe if you don't spray on me i'll give ya a decent run.I'll get some juice hooked up to her before too long though.
Hopefully after it's tuned i'll be needing new tires lol.Seriously though if at a little under a quarter pedal it spins i might have an issue lol.
