Nope. Waste of time. Once I get it running right the turbo setup is going on. Headers sound very trashy inside the cab anyways.

Just put a mechanical FP gauge on it. Key on engine off it's reading 52ish and then goes up to 55psi. With the motor running it drops down to about 49 psi. Gonna go get some wot and see what it does.

Hmmm sounds like your fuel pump is going out or weak, that would explain alot of your problems...

The spec according to the GM manual is 55-62 PSI with the key on, engine off. With the engine running at normal temp the pressure is supposed to drop 3-10 PSI. So my pressure of 49-50 PSI was in line. Also, I just took the videos and my FP is 58 PSI at WOT which I believe is perfect, someone correct me if I am wrong. I also pulled off the vacuum to the FPR at it was 60 psi at idle.

Everything is fine with enough gas in it. Once it starts gettin too much under half a tank, the fuel pressure drops pretty dramatically at WOT.

I can't remember, between 50-60 the whole time, and fuel pressure increased a little bit with throttle, especially WOT.
