Make sure you have CARB certified documents and/or decals. Tint might get ya a fix-it but as long as you're in the Navy and your home of record is FL they shouldn't really do anything. Surface navy or real navy? J/K. Was born and raised in Escondido-would like to live there but housing is too damn expensive.

Cali=less performance. There is still plenty of stuff you can do to make big power its just alot of the little things you cant.
