that all depends on what you are using it for. If you are talking about your truck, it will make about 4-5 psi with the stock exhaust.

There are a lot a variables that determine how much psi your engine will see. Are you refering to the sidemount magnacharger kit? Is this for a custom setup? If you do an M90 search using any search engine, there's tons of info out there about it. It's a very popular SC used by many OE's.

The unit is brand new, well now i have about 550 miles on it and it has a 3.3 pulley. I will see 2.5-3 psi then about 4psi befor shift. I have no cats, factory y pipe into a 3.5" magnaflow with 4" dump. should i put a bigger pulley on it if so what size

You can put a smaller pulley on it, I would not go smaller than 3.2. Give me a call if you need it.

How much psi would 3.2 put me too --why nothing smaller? --- I was told maybe a 3.0, how much $mula$-- I called magnacharger today and they told they didn't have anything for this charger- how rude

you need to talk to the right people

With that set up on the 5.3 5 psi is about what you want to make. Maybe sell it and get a RADIX
