Default muffler?

ok so i'm doing a v8 swap in truck w/ tr220 prolly in the next couple months. i'm keeping stock manifolds and y w/ cats, for now.

I'm thinking either hooker maxflow or magnaflow muffler. anyone use the hookers yet? haven't heard any bc all videos i've searched come up with 4 n 6 cylinders

thanks

There's been lot of talk about people running the aerochamber, but i don't think anyone has yet. Most on here run Magnaflow.

yea i've been reading alot of treads, i like how the hooker maxflow perform. jus seein maybe if someone else has heard anything else about them. dont' want to spend to much on muffler.

With that cam youre going to need some long tubes...the stock manifolds and cats are WAY too restrictive for that cam, youll basically be suffocating your exhaust with it. Id suggest LT's, hi flows and magnaflow mufflers, as well as a good intake system. Might also want to look into a converter and tranny upgrades.
