I'm running no cats into 3"in/out dynomax bullet and then Y's off to duals out back. It is LOUD! It cackles between 2000-2500 rpms. Taking the cats off make a hell of a difference in how loud it made but LOWEND sucks.

Here you go! You want insanity, you got it. I've heard of people using just these in the header collectors, and that's all, no mufflers. They're header inserts made by Car Chemistry. The noise will be fatiguing after awhile, though.

yea lol.....and the fact 4.8's IMO arent that great off the line lol. Plus I gotta passs inspection. Unless I can find a guy who will hook me up I might do it hehe. Maybe be the sound quality of some clips but From flow master and spintech to other straight flow mufflers. The baffeled ones sound alot louder. Maybe b/c theres nothing there as far as insluation for noise reduction and there is in straight flow desgine. So thats why I am leaning towards a 1 chamber flow. But I have heard those bullets on many many Stock f-bodys and they sound really good. Granted my truck will def. not get that "tone" it'll near it atleast. So yea...gunna call around to some shops tommorow and ask about some prices while I decide on a muffler. So many choices I mght get true duals haha....One muffler from Flowmaster...one from magnaflow lol. or heck......1 pipe per cylinder!!! 1 flow-1magna-1 dyno-1slp..etc...etc..
