Default Muffler opinion?

I'm running a flowmaster 10 series dumped before the rear axle and I'm thinking of changing mufflers.. I was looking at the hooker aero chamber but I wanted opinions on other mufflers that you guys have or had on your trucks.

I love my magnaflow. I had 2 1/2" cat back then once I got my headers I had straights and 4 days later went with dual 9" spintech's and now I have a 18" di/do magnaflow and it sounds the best to me. I can cruise home at 4am and not wake the neighbors but It'll still set car alarms off on Main Street at wot

Hell I'm all about saving money lol if the piping you have isnt rotted I'd stick with what ya have. I had the duals done 2 days after I bought my truck and I have yet to replace any pipe farther back than the trans. I just buy for what I have.

I've got a 3 inch single in dual out hooker aerochamber dumped before the axle and love the sound. Low rumble until you get on it.

Hi ,I see you just joined , please tell us more about your truck and what mods are done to it , mufflers will sound different depending on if you have Headers , cats , ect.

I run magnaflow , it's a great sounding muffler at WOT , but mine is quiet at idle but it's the 22" case , the 18" case will be louder but cackled a bit with headers and no cats.

TIM Z, do you have clips of your exhaust? I have an SS with full exhaust and cam and I just picked up the 22" Magnaflow. Can't decide if I should use it or not.

I keep the stock piping it's just the muffler inlet and outlet are 3" so that's why I was asking if my next muffler should be 3" or 2.5"

I have a 2003 silverado LS with a specter CAI and a flowmaster 10 series dumped behind the axle, it's black with tan leather interior and I should be putting on my new oem wood and leather wrapped steering wheel.
