Default Muffler Options? Help Pls...

I have Dynatech LTs, custom stainless true duals, gutted cats, and dual Magnaflows exiting out the rr. It sounds awefully close to open pipes or a Chris Craft boat! I'd like to quiet it down and wondered what u guys suggest? I was thinking Borlas, but maybe the only real option is to replace the cats?
There's a sound clip in my sig...Thnx R/

This is through cats when I had first put the setup on. It got quieter later.

They're pretty big...they are the standard cat-back kit from the 5.3, I just used 2 when I had the customs done. Here's the link. R/

Sounds a little close to what I have...I'd really like to keep a nice rumble, but not rattle windows @ 6am! I might have to do the cats...R/

I used one 22" magnaflow to quite my setup down. I have LT and ORY. The sound with the corsa was just glass shattering loud. The magnaflow did the trick. I would rate the corsa with lt and ory as a 10 being the loudest and with the magnaflow a 4. It has no drone or rasp to it. The exhaust is very mellow and has that muscle care sound at idle. At WOT the exhaust still isnt loud.

MAGNAFLOW 5" x 11" Oval Center/Center Satin Stainless Steel Universal Muffler
Center/Center 3"
22" Body Length, 28" Overall Length.

Well, sounds like u guys like the Magnaflow's, so does that mean I have to un-gut the cats to quiet it down? Whats an ORY? Frankly I'm quite surprised my set up is so loud with 2 huge Magnaflows already there. I can only surmise its the cats?

ORY is an Offroad Y-pipe (no cats). Dual exhaust is going to be louder than single. You could also get a resonator to put in front of the mufflers. that will help a little bit.

I assume your running 2.5" duals right?
