I found out why my truck was throwing codes, I have another leak!! I cut off the EGR tube, air tube and heat shield on the drivers side header. The 2 spot welds that held on the head shield had broken and I had to weld them in. I just didn't install it back on. The drivers side header just has an air tube for the smog pump as well. Well the weld around that has cracked and its leaking. sooo gotta take that side off, grind/cut off that, weld in, and repaint, reinstall header. The air tubes were brazed on, not really welded. They were like that when I bought the headers. I should have cut them all off before I had them coated. I didn't think they would crack. So after this is fixed, shouldn't have any more problems.

btw... hint : I just bought something thats shiny and can produce 10 PSI

I'm going to modify this bonnet. I saw a guy use a similiar bonnet with a V band welded to the the bonnet and TB. I'm going to do this too. This bonnet is set up for TBI. So I have to weld in the small hole on top. I'll probably keep the IAC in the same location. I'm going to clean it up and possibly powder coat or polish out.

I'm going to powder/ceramic coat a lot of parts. The SC housing, new intake, bonnet, mounts, pulleys, tubing.

I took the SC apart to inspect. I wanted to make sure it wasn't jacked up since I dropped a chunk of dinero on it.

Removed the stickers and stuff.

This setup is for a SBC. The mount relocates the power steering pump on a different belt with the SC.

I just replaced my power steering pump. I test fitted the bracket while I had everything out.

I'm going to relocate the AC controls to the glove box. And in place of the AC controls mount a EGT and Boost/Vac gauges.

These gauges are really neat :

Default New Tips

I changed the tips out. They are C4 Vette tips. I bought them off ebay. They are a GM performance part. Polished stainless. 2" dual inlets. My old tips kept cracking where it was all tigged together. Bad flux I guess. This is a more aggressive setup, but I like it.
