My harmonic balancer wobbles

I did it the correct way. I torqued it to 37 ft/lbs with the torque wrench, then placed a large ratchet through the balancer to hold it from turning just like everyone else does, then i took the torque wrench and turned it as close to 140 degrees as I could (which i have heard can be too much, so i went about 100-120 degrees)

Is there another way to hold this pulley still without bending it or causeing it to wobble again?

I just used kent moore flywheel tool this is my second time for it and love it. Some of the guys I think use a large screwdriver in one of the holes on the bellhouseing but not to sure on that.

yes by locking up the flexplate or flywheel. use teeth on the flywheel or flexplate
