Default My High CR 5.3L dyno sheet..

I finally remembered to pick this up from Rick yeasterday so i thought i'd share it with those who were asking about it. LOL

It looks crazy peaky till you look at how squished together the RPM band is and the actual numbers at each RPM. IE at 3000rpm I'm nearly 280rwtq and at 5000rpm I'm at 325rwtq. So the graph looks spikey but the power output wasn't.

I also have to say iw as fairly happy to see these numbers considering this was through the oversized TQ converter I had which was killing my performance on the street. PI said I just didn't have enough TQ/HP to run that 10.5" multi-disc converter and that's why it was only stalling at 2k instead of 3k and totally bogging my truck down in 1st and 2nd gear till the converter locked up in 3rd.

This is with the following mods:

5.3L block with HO L33 pistons.
Synergy Motorsports 226/.591/116 cam
GTP Stage2+ heads
AS&M LTs w/ no cats
Synergy Custom True Duals with bullet mufflers
Ghetto fab intake (my AEM wasn't there yet)
Electric Fans
Through a 4wd transfer case and a 4L80E!!

[b]This isn't FLYWHEEL HP/TQ.. Part of Chris's scan was stuck on mine

345/328 at the wheels thats nice itd be even higher in a 2wd config I would say that engine is probably making around 415-430 nice setup there are alot of guys that are running very similar numbers with 5-6 lbs of boost

thats a good tq curve you cant see it there but youve got around 277ftlbs from 3000 up lots of area what is the compression at?

Is tuning finished?

imagine if an NA 5.4 ford motor ever made those numbers hahahaha

Tuning is finished on that setup. We had trouble tuning due to the weird converter problem (at the time we didn't know it wasn't right) and the higher compression. The compression is about 10.9:1.

We had planned on retuning it after the new converter but now I'm ripping those heads off, installing stock 6.0L heads AGAIN and slapping the Radix on there.

The #s came out nice once you really crunch the #s and look at the drivetrain. Good eye man
