I've got the 3 relay Nelson Harness. However, I had to minipulate it to get it to come on high with both fans yesterday. They cooled the truck off quickly on low yesterday after an hour on the highway in 70deg weather. It will be interesting to see how they act when it gets hot oustide.

Nevermind. . . I see now that it is radiatorbarn.com

I do have another question: Did you have to modify your tranny lines going to the radiator?

Nope just make sure you don't loose the clips when they go flying!.
The tranny cooler lines on the passenger side fit just fine.
I don't have an oil cooler so I'm not using there outlets on the drivers side.
There completely seperate so leaving them is un-used is fine.

here's the driver side;

Yes, I don't beleive you get a new unit unless you order one for the 2005 year etc.. Like trailblazerTtorque converters.

Allen had some 145 units as well, he might still have some.

updated above, Thanks

Thanks. I asked Allen about the alternators when I ordered my harness. He said that he thought that he was out of them.

One thing I neglected to post is make sure you trim the rubber flaps on each side of the radiator behind the grille. They'll cover the new expanded 6.0l radaitor surface.

Heres some pics
before and after.

Thanks for the reminder on that. I'll be doing mine soon. I did end up getting Allen's last 145A alternator.
