Nope just make sure you don't loose the clips when they go flying!.
The tranny cooler lines on the passenger side fit just fine.
I don't have an oil cooler so I'm not using there outlets on the drivers side.
There completely seperate so leaving them is un-used is fine.

Thanks. I asked Allen about the alternators when I ordered my harness. He said that he thought that he was out of them.

One thing I neglected to post is make sure you trim the rubber flaps on each side of the radiator behind the grille. They'll cover the new expanded 6.0l radaitor surface.
