Default My truck is missing, HELP.

I dont know if I fouled a plug or what, but my truck is missing. Its still pulling hard but you can hear the miss fire. Does anyone think I should run different rated plugs? What about plug wires? What kind can I get and how much do they cost? I still have the stock plug wires and the read between 370-494 ohms. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated.
