My ultimate goal for the 5.3L 325
This is my ultimate goal for the motor, If you have any suggestions, please help me out
MagnaCharger 5psi (currently using)
custom aftercooler ??????????????
01 ls1 vette intake manifold ???????????
00 ls6 cam ???????????????
8.1L injectors (currently using)
JBA Shorties (currently using)
Gibson SuperTruck Catback (currently using)
Granettelli MAS (currently using)
Superchips ecu burn (currently using)
Traction Bars ( I need to make these )
LS1 Fans (Is it worth it, I had haydens on there, and my a\c didn't blow any air)
Im sure with the inter/after cooler, id pick up about 20 rwhp
but what about the fans/intake and the cam??????

The 8.1L injectors come with the magnacharger, I dont know the rating on them, but I have noticed that there pretty damn loud, with the hood up, you can hear them fire into the cyl. @ idle,its pretty cool

The Vette manifold won't work with our throttle bodies. How come the fans you had interupted the a/c. How were they hooked up? Electric fans sould not interfere with the a/c system.

I think the a/c took a crap because the fans didnt draw the air past the condenser fast enough to cool it/or maybe its because i have a small alternator, and with the amps from my stereo, the a/c motor spinning, and the fans running, mayber I just drew to much current.
As for the 6.0 inntake, do you think it flows a noticable amount more than the 5.7L intake?? Has anyone tried it on a 5.3L and saw a large hp/trq gain??

First off, the 4.8/5.3 and 6.0 intake out flow the 5.7, not by much, but they do. The 6.0 intake IMO is not worth the mod unless you do some porting and polishing on the heads. Don't have any dyno numbers for you, sorry.

I think im going to look into the lingenfelter ECU , they say its good for 30rwhp on the s/c5.3L, just by proper tuning. Since i dont have a dyno, nor the cash for a hell of alot of dyno runs, IMO it might be worth it. What the hell, the company does serious work, not like some cheezy *** speed shop and some craftsman wrenches, Ya know...
