Default N20 with 4.10's and Transgo--PLEASE HELP!!!!

I havea 03 ECSB 4.8 with 4.10's and mods below. I just bought a TNT 75-150hp wet kit and have about three concerns that I know you guys can toll in on! I am a N20 newbie for the most part so Im willing to learn. I have a 93 octane Nelson tune and read somewhere that its not good to spray on 93 octane. Is this true and is there a way to do this safely it is? 2nd concern is I have 4.10 gears and need to know if there even is one a safe number to spray with that gear setup. I didnt think I would be spraying but I couldnt pass it up. I went from 3.42's! My last concern for the most part is I have a basiclly stock 4l60e except I have the HD Transgo kit + vette servo, a few other parts that were recommend to be changed and a supercooler. I have one spacer in the 1-2 accum do I need to take the one out or does it matter. Is it better to have the Transgo and spray than to not have one and spray? Thanks for the help and any other tips or info you think I need to know I would appreciate it greatly!!!!

its not that its bad to spray on 93 octane, more octane the better, but its that usually nelson's 93 tunes have pretty high timing and the high timing+lean a/f is not good to be spraying on, but on a wet kit is do-able with anything under 125 I would say. But getting a n2o tune would be best.

not sure about the gears, shouldnt matter besides traction....do you have a posi? G80 might not like the power and 4.10's - Eaton should hold.

from what people say on here, the transgo will help the tranny last. I have seen no actual proof of this, but I went with one because I'll have a Radix installed in a week or so and everyone says that firming up the shifts makes the bands or something last longer, but it seems to me that too hard of shifts with too much power is whats making them break the internal metal parts......kind of common sense......more power......hard shifts.......breaking stuff but I know about as much about how transmissions work as I know about thermo dynamics......or something

Unless you have a stall I would take the spacer out of the 1-2 accum. Also unless you like it shifting that hard but its personal preferance. Ditto what 03 said on the timing part and the n20 tune. Check into that before you spray imo.

i would check for kr when spraying on a 93 tune. allen is running a 100 shot on 29 to 30 degrees timing but i think that is pushing it. you will have to see.

the higher the octane, the less likely you will be to have detionation. You need a few things:
  1. Have the timing retarded a tad bit for the spray, however I have seen your edit file & you only have 18.0 of spark advance. This is not alot of advance.
  2. have your nelson tune add some torque management during shifting so you do not shatter the apply band as in my case.
  3. you typically run a colder plug with spray or supercharger with a closer gap, you are overcoming atmospheric pressure, I believe atmospher air is around 20% O2 vs. 36% O2 with nitrous.
  4. you have a wet kit that sprays up to 300 shot, you are going to be fat rich on fuel with that kit, when you install it upon spraying you are shooting for 10.8-11.2 afr. When we dynoed your truck you were at 13.2
  5. you need to learn how to take a video & post it! WTF good is that camera you have without the ability to post! At this rate I will tear my **** up again before I ever get any video!

I have not even installed the kit yet! I am trying to get some answers to these ?'s so I can get a list of what I need and start working on it! As far as the tune Ive emailed Allen and told him my story so if he can tune for my setup that will be done before I ever spray. Im sure he can give me a tune for this setup right??? I know that I dont want to spray during shifts regardless of whatanyone says they have or havent done so I will be getting the window switch . You guys can see my mods and with that I want to know what I need to make my system safe for myself and my truck as well as last so I dont have to keep getting it fixed or even have to screw with it. That being said if you guys had my mods and wanted to spray 100hp wet shot what would you do and remember I dont want to blow up my 4.8!!!!!
