Does anyone make a catted y-pipe to bolt up to NBS pacesetter longtubes? I'm not interested in an ORY otherwise I suppose my only other option is to but a pair of cats and have a shop custom weld one up.

Take a look at Thuderbolt cats, they are about the shortest ones you can find in 3". We cut the collectors back to where they were right at the O2 sensors on both sides and the put a 3 bolt flange on right there and put a 3 bolt flange on the cat. It barely fits before the bend on the drivers side and barely fits between the collector and the merge on the passenger, but it did. It looks hacked up, but it got my truck through emissions testing here in El Paso.
