COOL, my cam swap minimum grocery list as of now:

Comp xr265hr low lift stick
ls6 or equivelant springs and seals
ls2 chain
crank bolt

Wish list (smart to change while i am there if cash allows):
hard pushrods
underdrive/overdrive pulleys
water pump
oil pump

i would def move the hardened pushrods to the minimum category.

Moses Lake area. There should be a regular cab GMC in your area running around with a Lunati version of the 212/218. You doing the cam swap yourself?

Yes I will do the swap at home. I have experience with gen 1 motors and feel comfortable diving into this. I have a buddy locally who is LS crazy with a 01 Camaro, so I could use him as needed. Does the Lunati guy post on here? I would like to pick his brain.

No I dont think he does. I remember him telling me he knows of this site and reads but not sure if he's a member or not. We are just getting ready to do a 224 cam into my younger brother's LQ9 truck. Hopefully one of these upcoming weekends.
