well last night after inspecting my truck i noticed that one of my pipes was loose i have duals exiting out the back which has no gotten good exposure from some of my family members, but should i pay to have them re-welded or should i go for a change and have an exhaust shop just cut them off after the flowmaster 40 and put turndowns, sooner the response the better cuz i hate to hear that rattling noise in the back after i hit a few bumps, makes me look bad,, thanks

My buddy has a Dodge with a 40 series and a turn down. The drone in the cab is horrible. The shop that did the install should spot weld that back for free and should take them about 2 minutes.

the shop that did it is 300 miles away back home, im not looking to spend alot of money thats why i was just going to cut them myself until i actually tried it, but i am looking for a louder sound thats why i was thinking after the muffler.

Cut 'em off....the drone will go up but it'll be louder (At one time I had dual 40 series with turn-downs and it droned pretty bad)

well i did it yesterday took me about 20 minutes to cut threw both pipes, got some good advice to lubricate while sawing, but i love the new sound, its way deeper and pops a little at about 3000 but i cant believe how much of a difference dumping it made, thanks for all the advice..
