Default need everyone's help..............stock crank balancer bolt wob-b-b-b-bles

if you have a moment would you mind running out to your truck and while its running, checking to see if it looks like the bolt on your balancer seems to be spinning centered or if it wobbles as it turns?

mine wobbles like a ****

Mine spins dead-centered bro....unless you've got a bolt that has the head offset from the shank I think you've got a slight problem. does the balancer itself wobble at all ??

put your finger on it softly and see if it moves or just an illusion.

well, funny thing happened when the exhaust was installed. for some reason I just so happenned to walk over to the balancer and check the bolt.......it was loose......as in not even finger tight. So we tightened her up. Not sure why that was the way it was but it was. I had noticed it previously but just chaulked it up as a slightly ill fitting bolt. I may take the current wobbler bolt out and replace it with a new one just to see if there is any difference. Otherwise I may have a out of center crank bolt hole. The balancer seems to be straight and doing its job.

I actually just had a friend stop by with a '00 5.3 and I checked his out...no wobble there either, the bolt is perfectly centered
