Default NEED HELP ASAP

IM TRYING TO GET THE FAN AND CLUTCH OFF THE MOTOR AND CANT FIGURE OUT HOW IT COMES OFF. THE FAN JUST SPINS FREELY NOTHING TO BRACE ON TO GET IT OFF, SOMEBODY GIVE ME A CLUE AS TO HOW TO DO THIS. PLEASE

I hate to say, that there is a special tool that you need. It fits in the holes on the pump pulley and you spin the "nut" on the fan off. We got ours off of the Matco tool truck at the shop a few years ago 75 damn bucks....

I dont know if there is another way to get it off.

You don't need the special tool. You just need a a wrench that fits or a pipe wrench. Then you need to stop the thing from spinning. I have a pic that will help you out. Let me find it.

Strap wrench works here. 15 bucks tops...

Did not think of the strap wrench! Good idea!

XLR8NSS the tool that I have holds the pulley from spinning, you can use any adjustable on the fan itself once you stop the water pump from spinning.
