I would get a tune first before I started throwing money at O2 sensors, especially the rear ones that just monitor the cats.
If you have another means of getting around, you can mail your PCM to one of the tuners on here (Wheatley, Blackbeard or Nelson). They can get you squared away.

What headers did you put on? Sounds like you burned another wire causing the misfire and lean codes.. A misfire will cause a lean code.. Considering it was running fine for a while and back to running like ****, a tune is not the answer, you have ignition issues.

I would say thats definitely the case.
As I said before, I definitely wouldnt be surprised to see that oen of your O2 wires was touching the pipe and also melted.
As far as the tune... some highflow cats still require rear O2's to be turned off. I know the ARH cats still require that.
THOROUGHLY CHECK ALL WIRES THAT COULD POSSIBLY COME IN CONTACT WITH EXHAUST. I can almost guarantee you find your answer. Also, as I said before the random misfire makes me believe its not just a single plug wire.

You are right on that one, got the headers off eBay and it does have that retarded hump on the drivers side, there's only one wire that's close to touching but it's not physically touching, also checked all the o2 wires and they seem to be good, I'm taking it to a different shop tomorrow and telling them to fix whatever's wrong with it. I want to go back to the guy that installed my headers and beat him. As I stated before, the guy that installed the headers put in the wrong spark plugs the first time, I was wondering if driving the truck with bad plugs be hard on the truck and do damage?? Maybe be the reason behind all this bullshit??
