two words NELSON TUNE. I ove mine and will definately give you more top end due to how he tunes it and the raised shift points. Intakes are suppose to show gains in the upper rpm band too. Go the ebay route though you will get a couple less hp but you will save 2 big ones also.

Gears intake and true duals with 3 inch x-pipe and dynomax racing bullets they have a straight through desing and flow great I am fixing to put them back on my truck. If you still have a y-pipe setup then definately get dual exhaust.
