I'd do the swap without hesitation, just make sure you're involved in the build so you know what's being done.

Yeah I'm gonna go through with it. I'll find out more details tomorrow. Any other inputs would be good.

so heres what the guy said it would have:

it would be the 6.0- lq9

ls2 heads and hed clean up the ports and use better valve springs and new ball bearing roller rockers
gm performance cam thats better than the ls6 cam but with good driveability
SS intake manifold( if he can figure something out with egr and what not)
then my pacesetter headers, magnaflow y-pipe, and aem intake and then a performance tune.

what do you think this motor should push as far as rwhp? should there be any changes in the parts used?

and soon after that i'l be going to longtubes with true duals and hpipe and hi flow cats and single chamber flomasters.
