Question Need some info

Hey guys need some help here I have a 99 tahoe with the 5.7 vortec that i stroked to a 383. I had the computer done by Ed Wright but am still not happy with the way it runs. It does not idle very good and will get a hunt in it when sitting at a red light. Any ideals whats going on here? Is there any software out there like LS1 edit to work on this pcm? Or can i change it to any other EMS? Any help or ideals would be great.

Thanks
