But when I had my PCM/ECU first flashed by him, it was how an off the shelf tune would have been. It felt great and changed my truck... when then went for a cruise and adjusted the A/F a bit then added ~2* more timing up top. Those were gains I didn't notice in they Butt-Dyno/SOTP.

wideband via wideband tool/sensor = accurate a/f measurement

does egt play a role?

An update - 17.3 MPG with about 85% of that on the highway cruizing at 80.........personal record

I went from 15.3 average with the superchips tune to 17.5 with Nelsons tune!
