nelson tune for v6?

nelson tune for v6?
my cousin has a 05 V6 scsb. I told him to get a tune but he doesn't think it will do anything to his truck. I don't know if it will or not or if he even tunes the V6. anyone know anything about it

Nelson performance has pcm tunes for 1999-2004 GM TRUCKS with 4.3L-4.8L-5.3L-5.7L-6.0L-8.1L. I dont know if they have tunning for 05s. 
But they tune 4.3Ls.
