Default New 6.0 Engine?

What would you guys do to a new lq4 6.0 engine?

Im getting mine in a week or so but dont know if to install it right away or hold it to make it better.

Dont know much about the enigne interiors. What are some suggestions.

I would like to take it to the 600 hp or even more with a turbo. Would it stand such power? Thanks.

Hey buddy ( JJ_NLTO) not to go off topic but, where are you getting the engine from?
Ive been looking for a 6.0L (prefer used, money wise) but with no luck. My truck has the 4.8L and I would like to swap it for a 6.0L? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

Have you looked into a forged 402 or 408 stroker?!

I bought mine from ebay but its new for 1,800 I was looking for a used one in used auto parts but where too much $$$$.

Scream can this engine be made into a 402 or 408 stroker or do you mean to get another engine??? I already was thinking about the cam but that was it. Thanks

You would have to get a new rotating assembly to go w/ a 402/408 stroker. Might be worth the $ if you really wanna go hardcore. The only reason I didn't go forged was that my motor was practically brand new (400 miles or so) and I couldn't see wasting perfectly good stock parts, especially for the power that I want to make w/ the LS1.

Just throwing that out there...

You just get a rotating assembly from a sponsor============>
Use the 6.0 block and build yourself a 402 or 408 stroker. The assemblies arent cheap though.
